Hi, I’m Corinne.

“I know how much is riding on this evaluation. My job is to make sure the documentation is clean, complete, and on your side.”

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and a pilot, with years of experience in psychological assessment and particular expertise in ADHD evaluation. I complete multiple FAA evaluations each week, and I’m deeply familiar with what the FAA expects from a Fast Track report.

I understand the aeromedical process from the pilot’s side — the timeline pressure, the deferral risk, the stakes. I write reports that speak the FAA’s language and address every required element, so your documentation supports a smooth path to certification.

What is the FAA ADHD Fast Track?

If you have a history of ADHD or past use of ADHD medication, the FAA may require a psychological evaluation before you can obtain or renew your medical certificate. The Fast Track pathway is designed for applicants who meet specific eligibility criteria and can document a stable, medication-free period.

Applicants with recent symptoms, ADHD medication use within the past four years, or certain other psychiatric histories are directed to the Standard Track instead, which involves a more extensive neuropsychological testing battery.

As a doctoral-level licensed psychologist with training and experience in ADHD evaluation, I meet the FAA’s qualification standard for completing Fast Track evaluations, the required clinical report, and the ADHD Summary form.

If you’re not sure which track applies to you, reach out before booking — I’m happy to answer a quick question by email or phone to make sure Fast Track is the right fit.

Fast Track eligibility criteria

The FAA Fast Track pathway is available to pilot applicants who meet all of the following criteria. If you don’t meet these, a Standard Track evaluation may be needed instead — I can help you figure out which applies.

Everything your AME and the FAA need

The Fast Track evaluation is a face-to-face clinical interview conducted by secure video or in person. Here’s what’s covered in your $450 flat fee.

Records Review

A thorough review of your ADHD history, medication history, and relevant documentation

Clinical Interview

A face-to-face interview by secure video covering history, functioning, and current presentation

FAA ADHD Summary Form

The official FAA summary form, completed in full and structured to meet FAA requirements

Clinical Report

A detailed clinical report addressing every required element, written to FAA specifications

Secure Telehealth

Completed from home by on-screen video — permitted by the FAA for eligible Fast Track cases

What the process looks like

The Fast Track pathway is structured, but it shouldn’t feel opaque. Here’s how our work typically unfolds from your first call to FAA-ready documentation.

1

Reach Out & Book

Submit the form below and we’ll get you scheduled. I’ll confirm eligibility for Fast Track (vs. Standard Track) based on the information you share, and let you know exactly what records to have ready.

2

Records Gathering

I’ll send a clear list of what to gather — prior ADHD documentation, medication history, and relevant academic or occupational records — so nothing slows us down at the appointment.

3

Clinical Interview (By Secure Video)

A focused, face-to-face interview conducted by on-screen video — as permitted by the FAA for Fast Track cases. We review your full history, current functioning, and presentation.

4

FAA Report & Summary Delivered

You receive the completed FAA ADHD Summary form and a detailed clinical report, structured to the FAA’s expectations — often same day. You bring these to your AME appointment, ideally before you schedule the exam itself.

Complete the Fast Track before your AME exam

One of the most common and costly mistakes pilots make is going straight to their Aviation Medical Examiner without the required documentation already in hand.

Don’t let your AME defer your application

When your AME encounters an ADHD history without the required documentation, they typically have no choice but to defer your application to the FAA — and once deferred, the FAA controls the timeline, not you or your AME. The best approach is to complete your Fast Track evaluation and gather all required documentation before you ever schedule your AME appointment, so your AME can review the paperwork at the time of your exam and, if everything qualifies, issue your medical certificate on the spot.

Licensed across 44+ states through PSYPACT

I hold a PSYPACT authorization that allows me to see clients across the majority of U.S. states — making it easier to complete your FAA evaluation regardless of where you’re based.

FAA evaluations require someone who gets the stakes

A psychologist who is also a pilot

FAA Fast Track evaluations aren’t just about clinical competence — they require an evaluator who understands how the aeromedical certification process actually works. As a PsyD-level psychologist and a pilot myself, I bring both clinical rigor and firsthand knowledge of what pilots face. I write reports that speak the FAA’s language and address every required element, because I know what’s at stake when your medical certificate is on the line.

Why not a generalist?

A clinician who rarely does FAA work may miss required elements or produce documentation that prompts follow-up questions from the FAA — costing you time and, potentially, a deferral. I complete multiple FAA evaluations each week.

Is telehealth really FAA-approved?

Yes — for eligible Fast Track cases, the FAA permits the evaluation to be conducted by on-screen video (not audio only). The Fast Track Summary specifically allows the required clinical interview to be completed in person or by secure video.
