Adults

My therapy approach for adults is centered on helping clients manage these demands by creating a space where they can process experiences, clarify values, and make decisions aligned with their goals. Together, we explore ways to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and develop strategies to handle stress in a healthy way.

Seniors

In my work with seniors, I focus on providing compassionate support as clients navigate these transitions, helping them find fulfillment and connection. Our sessions emphasize self-reflection, acceptance, and developing a renewed sense of purpose during this stage of life.
