Every evaluation below is a full diagnostic assessment. Each one uses standardized measures and ends in a written report the people who need it will accept.
Child & Adult ADHD Testing
A three-hour evaluation including the Conners CPT, standardized rater assessments, and a clinical interview.
Adult Autism Testing
A structured diagnostic evaluation for adults, completed entirely online.
FAA Psychological Evaluation
General FAA-required psychological evaluations for pilots and pilot applicants, completed in person in Denver or Santa Ana.
FAA ADHD Fast Track Evaluation
For pilots with an ADHD history who are working through aeromedical certification.
FAA Gender Dysphoria Evaluation
Meets the requirements of the FAA Gender Dysphoria Mental Health Status Report.
Most testing happens from your own home
No Waitlists, No Travel
Assessment appointments routinely book out months in advance, and many practices only test children or only test adults. Testing here is usually scheduled within weeks, entirely from home, with no drive and no day off work.
Ordinary Testing Conditions
Attention and performance measures reflect how you function under ordinary conditions, and an unfamiliar office at eight in the morning isn't ordinary for most people. For many clients, home is the better testing environment.
Doctoral-Level Psychologist
Every evaluation is conducted and signed by a licensed psychologist rather than a technician or trainee. That is the credential schools, employers, and the FAA recognize.

Intake & Rating Scales
I send secure links to any intake paperwork and rating scales ahead of time, so you arrive at your appointment ready rather than filling out forms in the moment.
Evaluation Day
We complete the clinical interview and any standardized testing over secure video, from wherever you already feel comfortable. Sessions take the time they need.
Your Report & Review Call
I score and interpret everything, then deliver a complete written report and walk you through the findings on a follow-up call.

Questions about testing, cost, and reports
How do I know which evaluation I need?
Bring whatever prompted the question to the free consultation, whether that's a school's suggestion, an FAA letter, or your own longstanding wondering. I'll help you figure out the right pathway before anything is scheduled.
Is remote testing as accurate as in-person?
Yes. The measures, norms, and interpretation are identical. For most evaluations, testing in a familiar environment is neutral at worst and often preferable to an unfamiliar office.
Do you accept insurance for assessments?
Assessments are billed as private pay. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds, and a superbill can be provided on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. See Rates & Insurance for full details.
Will the report be accepted by schools, employers, or the FAA?
Reports are written to meet the documentation standards of the institution reviewing them: normative scores, diagnostic findings under current criteria, and specific recommendations. No provider can guarantee a particular outcome, but thorough testing gives you the strongest documentation available.
