Gender Transition Therapy
Transition isn't one decision — it's a series of them, each with its own weight: a name, pronouns, how you present, timing, workplaces, family conversations, and sometimes medical steps. My job isn't to steer you toward any of it or away from it. It's to help you think it through clearly and make the decisions that are actually yours to make.
What We Work On
- Exploration and clarity — sorting out what you feel and what it means, at your pace, with no pressure toward any conclusion
- Living with dysphoria day to day — body image, mirrors and photos, social situations, dating, and the exhaustion of managing all of it while the rest of life keeps going
- Decisions and logistics — thinking through social or medical steps, timing, workplaces, and family conversations with someone who knows the terrain
- Everything around it — anxiety, depression, trauma, school, relationships, work. Gender is rarely the only thing going on, and the rest deserves real treatment too
What You Can Expect
- Your name and pronouns used correctly, in session and in every piece of paperwork I control
- No predetermined path — you will not be pushed toward transition or away from it
- No conversion therapy, ever, in any form or under any label
- Questioning and uncertainty welcomed, for as long as they take
- For minors, parents involved as partners, with a teen's private space respected in ways we agree on together
How It Works
We start with a free 15-minute consultation to talk about what's going on and what you're hoping therapy will do. If we move forward, your first session goes deeper on your story and your goals. Most people start with weekly sessions, and we adjust the rhythm together as things change — therapy should be moving you somewhere, not just filling a calendar slot.
Sessions run over a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, available to clients in 45+ states through my PSYPACT license.
Rates
