The whole ADHD evaluation happens at home
Here is what makes this different from most ADHD evaluations you'll find: there is nothing to attend in person. You skip the office visit, the drive across town, the waiting room, and the day off work. The entire three-hour assessment happens remotely, on your own computer, in a room you already feel comfortable in.
That last part matters more than it sounds. Attention testing measures how you perform under ordinary conditions, and an unfamiliar office at eight in the morning is not ordinary conditions for most people. Remote testing tends to be easier on families than office testing. Children test in a familiar room instead of a strange building, parents skip the drive and the missed school day, and teacher rating forms arrive by email rather than going home in a backpack.
Because I hold a PSYPACT license, I can provide online ADHD testing to residents of more than 45+ participating states. If you live somewhere with a six-month waitlist, few qualified evaluators, or a two-hour drive to the nearest testing practice, remote assessment removes that barrier entirely.
What the ADHD evaluation includes
Four components make up the assessment. Together they meet accepted diagnostic standards, which is why the resulting report carries weight with schools, employers, and prescribing providers.
Clinical Interview
A structured diagnostic interview covering developmental history, school and work history, sleep, mood, anxiety, and how attention shows up day to day.
Conners CPT
A computer-administered measure of sustained attention, impulsivity, vigilance, and reaction time consistency. It gives objective performance data to set beside the interview and rating scales.
Standardized Rater Scales
Normed forms completed by you and, where appropriate, a parent, teacher, partner, or close friend. Cross-informant ratings are core to accepted diagnostic practice.
Records Review
Report cards, standardized test scores, prior testing, IEP or 504 documentation, and teacher notes, reviewed and incorporated into the findings.
ADHD is not the only condition that makes it hard to focus. Anxiety, sleep problems, learning disorders, depression, and thyroid issues can all produce the same complaint. A careful interview is what separates a diagnosis from a guess, and ruling things out matters as much as ruling things in.

Before Your Appointment
I send secure links to your rating scales and intake paperwork, which you complete online at your own pace. Observer forms go directly to your rater by email. Upload any records you have.
During Your Appointment
We meet by video for the clinical interview. When it's time for performance testing, you launch the Conners CPT on your own machine while we stay connected, so I can confirm conditions and answer questions in real time.
After Your Appointment
I score and interpret everything, then deliver your written report electronically. We review the findings together on a follow-up video call so you understand what the scores mean and what to do with them.
A report you can hand to a school or prescriber
You receive a complete written evaluation report, delivered electronically. The report documents the referral question, the measures administered, your scores with normative comparisons, diagnostic findings under current DSM criteria, and specific recommendations.
A word about what a report can and cannot do. Thorough testing gives you well-supported documentation. It does not obligate a school or employer to grant a specific accommodation, and no ethical provider can promise you a particular diagnosis before the evaluation is complete. What I can promise is careful testing and a report that holds up.

One flat fee covers the whole ADHD evaluation
Online ADHD testing is $1250, billed as private pay and not submitted through insurance. It covers all remote testing, scoring, interpretation, and the written report, with no hourly billing and no per-test charges.

Questions parents and adults ask first
Is $1250 the whole cost?
Yes. It covers the intake paperwork, rating scales, clinical interview, Conners CPT, records review, all scoring and interpretation, the written report, and the review call. There's no hourly billing and no separate report fee.
Do you test adults, or only children?
Both. Children, teens, and adults all go through the same rigorous process, adapted to age. For adults, we cover your history from early childhood forward, since the diagnostic criteria require evidence that symptoms were present early.
Will my child's school accept this report?
The report is written to support 504 plan and IEP consideration, documenting the measures administered, scores with normative comparisons, diagnostic findings, and specific recommendations. Districts make their own eligibility determinations, so no provider can guarantee a particular outcome, but thorough testing gives you the strongest documentation available.
Can you prescribe medication?
No. Psychologists don't prescribe. What the evaluation gives you is the documented testing that prescribing physicians and psychiatric providers frequently require before considering treatment, along with a clear picture of what's driving the symptoms.
What if the testing shows I don't have ADHD?
That's a useful result, not a wasted one. Anxiety, sleep problems, learning disorders, depression, and several medical conditions produce attention complaints that resemble ADHD. Knowing which one you're dealing with is what makes the next step work.
