You Don't Have to Keep Carrying This Alone
Anxiety. Depression. Trauma. Grief. Burnout. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. Therapy for adults & teens across Texas — from a licensed psychologist who takes your insurance.
Hi, I'm Corinne.
“I'm not the kind of therapist who just nods along from a distance. I want therapy to feel honest, grounded, and actually useful.”
I work with adults and teens across Texas who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or just worn down. Sometimes people come to therapy knowing exactly what's wrong. Sometimes they just know that life feels harder than it should.
My approach goes beneath the surface — not only managing symptoms in the moment, but understanding the deeper patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you move through the world. Lasting change comes from understanding yourself more clearly.
What I help with
You don't need to be in crisis. If something feels heavy, stuck, or harder than it should be, therapy may be the right place to start.

Anxiety & Overwhelm

Depression & Burnout

Life Transitions

Relationship Stress
Boundaries, conflict, codependency, and patterns.
Self-Esteem & Shame
Perfectionism, self-worth, direction, and purpose.
Religious Transitions
Faith deconstruction, rebuilding meaning and identity.

Private practice vs. large platforms
Working With Me Directly
You work with one licensed psychologist who knows your full history, goals, and patterns. Treatment is shaped around you — not a generic template. The relationship deepens over time, and so does the work. As a PsyD-level psychologist, I bring advanced clinical training to every session.
Large Platforms (BetterHelp, etc.)
Convenient, but often function as matching services. You may switch providers. Depth of care is more limited. Less consistent relationship.
Why a Licensed Psychologist?
Advanced training in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment — especially useful if you want more than surface-level coping strategies.
Licensed Beyond Texas Too
Through my PSYPACT license, I'm also authorized to practice in 45+ states — helpful if you split time between Texas and elsewhere.
What therapy with me looks like
- A warm, nonjudgmental space where you don't have to explain yourself.
- Practical tools for managing anxiety, stress, and symptoms day-to-day.
- Deeper insight into your patterns, triggers, and relationships.
- Clear goals and a process tailored to your specific needs.
- A focus on meaningful, lasting change — not just coping.
- Telehealth sessions from anywhere in Texas.
Before you book
Do you see clients anywhere in Texas, or only certain cities?
Anywhere in the state. Sessions are entirely online over secure, HIPAA-compliant video, so your specific city doesn't limit access.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person?
Yes — the same evidence-based approaches apply over secure video as they would in an office, and many Texans find it easier to fit into daily life without a long drive.
What if I move out of Texas?
Through my PSYPACT license, I'm authorized to practice in 45+ states, so continuity of care often carries over — ask during your consultation.
Do you work with teens as well as adults?
Yes, I work with both adults and teens across Texas.
