PSYPACT allows licensed psychologists to provide therapy services across state lines, addressing the escalating demand for mental health care and the shortage of available providers. As more states restrict certain treatments, like gender-affirming therapy, PSYPACT gives families in those states an essential path to care that may not be available locally.

Wherever you're located on the map below, you can access care from a doctoral-level psychologist without crossing a border to do it. Alaska is fully authorized; California is available now under a pending-license provision.

Current Status
My application for California licensure is currently pending before the California Board of Psychology.
Authorized to Practice Now
During this period, I am authorized to provide psychological services to California residents under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 2946(b), which permits a psychologist licensed in another state to practice while a California application is in process.
California clients are welcome to contact the practice to confirm current licensure status.
